How far ahead of my trip should I retain your services?

As soon as you’ve made the decision to travel! For best results, please reach out to us at least 60 days prior to your trip. If your trip is within 30 days, please set up a consultation. In some cases, a rush fee may be applied.

What should I expect with the full-service planning process?

  1. We start with an initial consultation meeting to talk through budget and your expectations for the trip.

  2. We send over a draft itinerary with a curated selection of available accommodations, activities, and restaurants that align with your wishes and budget.

  3. We review the itinerary and related expenses to tweak to your liking and finalize the itinerary.

  4. You complete a credit card authorization form and we coordinate with suppliers to confirm all bookings for the itinerary.

  5. Show up to the airport and enjoy your trip!

Are hotel bookings really free?

Yes, when we book you a hotel through a preferred partner! Through Fora Travel, we have relationships with most of the major hotel brands including the IHG, Hyatt, Hilton, Rosewood, Four Seasons, Belmond, Small Luxury Hotels, and Design Hotels…just to name a few. 

These relationships allow us to get you VIP perks like early check-in, late check out, free breakfast, or spa credits.

Why Do you Charge Planning Fees?

We are dedicating our time into sending you on an amazing trip — even if that means 0% commission.

I’m planning a group/bachelor/bachelorette trip! Can you help with that?

Yes Of Course. We are happy to assist in booking hotels or recommending excursions for groups of any size!

Can you book Airbnb or VRBO?

We are not able to book or recommend homes through these platforms. If you’re interested in a home or villa rental, we partner with a slew of amazing companies that offer professionally hosted and vetted home rentals with inclusions like concierge and chef services. If you prefer to book an Airbnb on your own, Framework Travel is happy to help you with itinerary planning and excursion recommendations at your destination.

Can you book flights? International and/or Domestic?

Yes, but only when you have purchased our Full Service option. We do not offer nor have access to discounted flights, but we can assist with the booking of all flights.

I have Credit Card Points to use, can you still work with me?

Absolutely, Yes! We highly recommend that you use those points on Airfare. Many travel experts agree that points are best spent on flights and other transit. Seats are seats, and your place in line is the same whether you use cash or points to book. 

On the other hand, when you use credit card points for hotels, your booking is considered a third-party booking — so you can say goodbye to personalized touches.

A travel advisor, has personal relationships with the hotels. We likely can get you a better room and ensure you’re treated like a VIP.

Do you Help with Passports/Visas?

It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for a minimum of 6 months  upon arrival in each foreign country you are visiting, and that all visas required for your  trip have been obtained. It is also your responsibility to be aware of each countries’  entry and exit protocols. For further information relating to travel documentation  (such as passports, visas, proof of health/vaccination certificates), health hazards, and  other restrictions regarding travel to your domestic and/or international  destination(s), and re-entry into the United States visit http://www.tsa.govhttp://www.dot.gov, http://www.cdc.gov, and http://www.cbp.gov on a regular basis.
